Aderemi launched his professional career in 1994 at Union Bank Plc, serving as Assistant Company Secretary in the Legal Department. In 1998, he was appointed the pioneer Company Secretary and Legal Adviser for Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc. For over fourteen years, he gave the institution his best — demonstrating integrity, calm leadership, and deep professionalism. In April 2012, he rose to the position of Deputy General Manager, a role that took him to Abuja until February 2013. His tenure left a lasting impact on colleagues and the organization.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he established his private practice, Aderemi Daniel & Co., where he handled a wide range of legal matters, especially complex real estate transactions. His integrity, thoroughness, and professionalism earned him glowing tributes from companies and clients he had advised over the years. Alongside his legal practice, he served as General Manager at Chrysalis Facility Management Company Limited, overseeing operations at the sprawling 1004 Housing Estate in Lagos from July 2014 to March 2016. He managed comprehensive property services — maintenance, security, daily cleaning, and detailed expenditure profiling for owners and tenants across two of Lagos’ largest estates. His leadership, organization, and attention to detail were evident in every part of his work.
